3. Operation Process Floordeck Roll Forming Machine

  • Steps: Un-coiler → Infeed Table → Pre-Cutting → Side Slitting → Roll Forming → Profile Cutting → Belt Conveyor → Auto Stacker
  • The system operates fully automatically.

Uncoiler: The first step in the process is to place the steel or sheet coil onto the de-coiler. The machine will slowly unwind the coil to prepare the material for further processing.

Infeed Table: After the material is unwound from the coil, it is fed into the infeed table. This table ensures that the material is fed into the machine steadily and accurately.
