In 2020 – 2021 is the year Vietsteel makes full use of its digital capabilities, from visiting the factory online, negotiating online, and now online acceptance.
Normally, before exported the machine to the customer’s factory, we always had direct acceptance sessions at the factory. However, due to the Covid-19 situation, we have used it online so that customers can check their machines and see it in action before agreeing to receive the orders.
The customer’s acceptance not only shows the machine can work smoothly but also shows the trust that customers have in our reputation.
