Main Features
- Automatically forming and cutting at any length with pre-set quantity.
- Signal feedback from the encoder showing the length of the product.
- The control panel enables to count of the total length of the finished coil.
- Rollers are alloy steel fabricated by a CNC precision machine and hard chromium plated.
- The cutting die is SKD11 steel fabricated by a CNC machine, thermal treatment gets 55-60HRC.
- The hydraulic system is equipped with a cooling system to afford the machine to operate continuously from 20 to 22 hours per day
