Installation Terms
After the machine is transported to the buyer’s factory, the seller will send a technical representative to the buyer’s factory for installation, trial run, and technical operation guidance. The round-trip airfare to the buyer’s city is included in the sale price. The buyer supports pick-up and drop-off of the seller’s staff from the airport to the factory and supports food, accommodation, and transportation costs during the installation process.
Warranty Terms
Warranty period: The equipment is warranted for 12 months from the date of acceptance, installation, and successful trial run at the buyer’s factory.
The seller will carry out the warranty for the buyer within 03 days after receiving the buyer’s written or email request for warranty and notification of machine failure.
During the warranty period, if any damage is due to a manufacturing fault, the seller will send materials and technical staff to the buyer’s factory for repair. In this case, the seller bears the cost of travel and materials; the buyer bears the cost of food and rest during the repair process.
If any damage occurs due to the fault of the buyer, the seller will send materials and technical staff at the request of the buyer. In this case, the buyer will pay the total trip costs, including airfare, materials, food, accommodation, and travel expenses of the seller’s staff.
If the machine is out of warranty, the buyer will bear the above-mentioned costs if asking the seller to repair, and in addition, pay the seller’s technical service fee of 500,000 VND / day of repair.
The equipment will not be warranted if the buyer uses, operates, and maintains it incorrectly as instructed by the manufacturer or due to force majeure such as natural disasters, fire, environment, sabotage.
